K&N 99-5000 Recharger Filter Care Service Kit (Aerosol Oil)

First off I got this next day when I asked for standard and the shipping was free, you cant beat that for service. The K&N Air Filter for my PT Cruiser is what I bought with the recharger kit which allows you to service the filter every 50k or so. Ive always used these in every vehicle Ive ever owned simply because they are good. It allows more air into the engine more efficiently and as clean as a regular filter, you will never have to buy another air filter as you can clean it and it is guaranteed for 1,000,000 miles. It also increases your mpg, I get an extra 28 miles per tank compared to the standard filter. Every extra mile helps and 28 miles is the distance to work and back for me, so I get an extra day out of my tank. For 39.99 and gas prices so high what is not to like.

Since the K&N Filter comes already charged, I wont be needing the recharging kit for like 50k miles...

This product works very well and Performance Center was quick to shipping the product. I am very pleased with Performance Center!

Since the gas crunch, I have been researching ways to optimize my gas mileage. This filtering system has been one of those options. It would seem so far with this filter and trying to be more careful about how I drive, my mileage has improved about 2 miles per gallon. Thanks for your help.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product. Overall I saw a improvement of 1.5 miles per gallon after a week.
