These front shocks were a little difficult to install and a lift or some jackstands would be recommended as well as taking off the front tires. Once installed the shocks worked great and got rid of a lot of the clunking normally heard from the front end of 2002-2004 Dakotas. I'm quite happy I purchased a set of these shocks!!!
