Durango Front Shocks
My used 2004 Durango had an annoying sway when going through dips. After reading other reviews, I ordered the front shocks. They help so much that I have ordered the rear replacements. These shocks have a larger diameter than the stock shocks, but they bolt right in.
I recently installed a complete set of the Rancho RSXs on my 2005 Durango in an effort to improve a wallow in the suspension. The RSXs have completely solved the problem, and have significantly improved both handling and ride quality. They are firm without being harsh. An excellent product that compares well with the Bilstein shocks I have on my other vehicles.
After purchasing the 2004, 4X4 Dodge Durango for my wife we both noticed that the ride as we would travel over any kind of dip or road entry at an angle the vehicle would bounce and go into an uncontrolled wobble that would just about give each of us reason for a lawyer and a neck brace. That being said I decided that the vehicle should have better quality shocks and proceeded to your web site to shop. Once there I found the Rancho RSX shocks and read one review from another unhappy 2004, 4X4 Durango owner that had resolved his ride problem with the Rancho RSX shocks. I am not sure if the Dodge group had made any effort to resolve this issue or not but feel like they should know that their product is lacking in a quality ride.
The Rancho RSX shocks are what the factory should have delivered. Instead, I had to turn to Truck Performance. Great price and service. Thanks!
