The Bilstein shocks perform flawlessly on my 2004 Silverado 1500 Z71. However, one of the front shocks was shipped without replacement bushings, washers and nut. One call to Performance Center and the manufacturer shipped the parts to me in 2 days - no questions asked. Great customer service!

Had these new Bilstein shocks installed a week ago. My Avalanche now rides much smoother, and handles better too. I would recommend these shocks to anyone looking to replace their worn factory shocks.

I replaced the factory shocks in my 2004 Silverado 1500 4X4 with the Z71 offroad package with these Bilsteins. What a vast improvement these shocks are from the factory units. Even with only 29,000 miles on the truck, the suspension feels tighter and behaves much better. I would recommend these shocks to anyone looking to improve the ride on their stock vehicle.
